You can leave a query. comment or complaint for any reason via our website. Your message is processed through a customer service solution called squarespace.com which Squarespace owns. The following data is collected, stored and processed:

Lighthouse Coffee & Wine will only keep your personal data for processing your inquiry. We’ll only hang on to it long enough to reply and/or to investigate your request or concern and it will be deleted within any given timeframe afterward. In exceptional circumstances, and only for complaints, the data may be archived. This processing is based on our legitimate interest to improve our services.

Commercial relationship management

Within the framework of our commercial activities, it is possible that we receive or collect personal data from our business partners (suppliers, service providers, prospects, clients etc).
