1st Course: Strawberry Pecan Feta Salad.
2nd Course: Carrot Ginger Soup topped with caramelized onions
3rd Course: Seared NY Strip glazed Brussels sprouts, garlic potatoes, bourbon reduction cream sauce.
4th Course: Milk Bottle Cookies and milk.
